“I feel like if there had been an accurate test for ovarian cancer my younger sister would still be alive today. It’s going to fund ovarian cancer research so hopefully we can find a test and maybe it will be the scientists here at UAB that will help us detect ovarian cancer in the future,” said Waldrep.
